Salene Mazur is a business lawyer/consultant. Salene has an eclectic business background. In late 2009, Salene founded MAZURKRAEMER business law. Prior to solo practice, Salene was a legal advisor/financial analyst at The Meridian Group, an investment banking and turnaround consulting firm. She has practiced corporate law and commercial bankruptcy for firms both large and small in Philadelphia, PA, Wilmington, DE, Pittsburgh, PA, and Wheeling, WV, and Clarksburg, WV. A legal writing text in law school entitled "Plain English for Lawyers" inspired the title of this blog in November of 2009. This “In Plain English” blog focuses on modern trends and success stories pertaining to today’s businesses. Showcasing sound thoughts and a savvy professional edge, our intention is to open minds to the latest breakthroughs and strategies that are getting results in today’s economy. It is also our intention to explain business and bankruptcy issues "in plain english" for both individuals and businesses.
